Do you do couples massages? 

We do not have a room with two tables in it. However, with enough notice we can get you both in at the same time. 

When should I arrive for my appointment? 

In order to receive the full VALO experience, please check in 20-25 minutes before your appointment start time.

Can I reserve an appointment with my gift card?

Unfortunately at this time, we do not allow appointments to be held with a gift card. To book an appointment you will need to have a card on file. At check out you may present the gift card and it can be applied to your balance. 

What is your cancellation policy? 

Your treatment time is very important to VALO Wellness Spa and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 24 hours' notice for cancellations and rescheduling of all appointments. We ask for a credit card to have on file to reserve an appointment. 

Clients who provide less than 24-hour notice of cancellation will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. As a courtesy, we will email you to confirm your service appointments before your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees. 

By scheduling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.

Do I need to fill out an intake form?

Yes, we require all guest to fill out an intake form prior to their service. We keep them on file for one year so you will not need to fill one out every time.

Where are you located? 

We are located inside of the Regency Court Mall next to Borsheims. There is no external entrance in to our spa. We suggest entering through the entrance located next to Bonefish and EVEREVE. 

What do I wear? 

Whatever is comfortable for you. With the VALO experience, you will receive a set of slippers and a plush spa robe for the duration of your service.

Do you take groups?

Can I rent VALO for a special event? 

Yes! We do have the ability to have groups rent out the spa for the whole day! To inquire, please email us at events@valowellnessspa.com.

Restrictions 

What can I do if I’m pregnant?

Congratulations! We love pampering mothers! Expecting mothers can receive any of our facials and most body treatments, please inquire with us for those services. If you would like a massage you must be AT LEAST 12 weeks. 

Can I receive any spa services after filler or botox? 

To be safe, you can receive any massage, facial or body treatment 14 days after receiving any kind of injectable.

Is there an age restriction? 

A parent or guardian must sign the intake form for all guests under the age of 19.

Massage Services:

-Guests must be at least 13 years old to receive a massage.

-If the guest is 13, a parent or guardian must accompany them in the room for the entire duration of the service.

-For guests ages 14–15, a parent or guardian must be present for the initial consultation and may leave afterward.

Facial Services:

-Guests must be at least 13 years old to receive a facial.

Wellness Playground:

-Guests must be at least 10 years old to use the Wellness Playground.

-Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their appointment. 

Are there any restrictions on peel services? 

There are scenarios where a peel may not be the most suited service for you. Please call (402) 885-8256

Are there any restrictions with the microdermabrasion treatment? 

In order to receive a microdermabrasion treatment you will need to avoid exfoliation and any active ingredients or retinol for 2-3 days prior to your service. Please wait at least two weeks to schedule if you have had any recent cosmetic injections (e.g., Botox, fillers).

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
