  Valo Wellness Spa seeks Nebraska Licensed Massage Therapists for immediately available shifts in our day spa and wellness center, located in the Regency Mall. We are looking for highly-motivated therapists with an excellent work ethic, ability to work individually and as part of a team, and availability for day, evening and at least one weekend day shift.

  Our mission is to provide high-quality, professional and consistent massage in a beautiful, clean and relaxing environment. We offer relaxation massages in a variety of modalities, as well as body treatments.

  Licensed Massage Therapist Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • A valid Nebraska License
  • Evaluates clients’ specific needs and expectations to determine the most appropriate services, products and personal attention required to achieve satisfaction
  • Presents a warm and gracious persona for customers and co-workers
  • Maintains educational excellence and participates in all staff, team and educational meetings
  • Presents an exemplary professional standard in dress, personal grooming, language, and healthy lifestyle
  • Practices the highest degree of sanitation and tidiness in the spa
  • Monitors work schedule throughout day to stay informed of changes, and performs treatments in the allotted amount of time, remaining on schedule 
  • Performs prep work and cleans and restocks work areas as required

  The ideal candidate will: 

  • Must have knowledge of Swedish, Maternity and Deep Tissue Massage
  • A self-starter who does not require micromanagement
  • Reliable, responsible and accountable
  • Passionate about the industry and a desire to learn more
  • Flexible and able to multi-task

  Now Adding to our Client Concierge Team

  VALO Wellness Spa is seeking a warm, professional, and service-driven Front Desk Concierge to join our luxury wellness spa located in Regency Mall. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required.

  Our mission is to provide an exceptional wellness experience from the moment each guest walks through our doors. Our Front Desk Concierge plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, seamless, and memorable guest experience while supporting the daily operations of the spa.

  Front Desk Concierge Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome every guest with exceptional hospitality while creating a warm, seamless arrival and departure experience.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments according to VALO Wellness Spa standards.
  • Educate guests on spa services, memberships, retail products, and the Wellness Playground to enhance their experience.
  • Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service through every interaction.
  • Process guest check-ins, check-outs, gift card sales, retail purchases, and other Point of Sale transactions accurately.
  • Conduct spa tours and assist guests with the Wellness Playground experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area while supporting the overall presentation of the spa.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and daily operations while collaborating to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

  • Deliver exceptional guest service with outstanding communication skills while creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every guest.
  • Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to confidently multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Be reliable, accountable, and a self-starter who works well both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Be passionate about wellness, sales, and continuous learning, with a desire to educate guests on services, memberships, and retail products while helping create memorable experiences.
