Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible, or at the conclusion of your visit. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Spa Treatment Arrivals
So that you can begin your spa experience in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment. In consideration of our other spa guests, service time cannot be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions we need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home; Valo Spa & Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Wellness Playground
Valo’s unique Wellness Playground features a variety of cutting-edge wellness technologies. Not all of these technologies are suitable for everyone; we reserve the right to limit access to equipment for health and safety reasons.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
Your treatment time is very important to Valo Wellness Spa and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling of all appointments. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file when reserving an appointment. Clients who provide less than 24-hour notice of cancellation will be charged 50% of scheduled services. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of scheduled services. As a courtesy, we will email you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. By scheduling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy
Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Age Requirements
Valo Wellness Spa is happy to provide personal spa treatments to clients over the age of 18 ; Wellness Playground clients should be at least 14 years of age. Younger guests for both spa treatments and the Halo therapy Booth may be accepted with a parental release.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of cash, checks, most major credit cards, and Valo Wellness Gift Cards. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed.
Valo Wellness Gift Cards contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value, but cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Valo Wellness Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest. Gratuities may be given directly to your therapist, or added to the amount owed at the time of checkout.

Unfortunately, discounts and promotions cannot be applied to prior purchases, taxes or shipping and processing charges. Discounts and offers may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Valo Wellness Spa has the right to end or modify any promotion at any time. Other restrictions may apply.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with one of our high-quality skin or body care products you have purchased, you will be fully refunded if the product is returned in its original packaging within 30 days. Beyond 30 days, we will be happy to issue you a spa credit.
