Can I reserve an appointment with my gift card?
Unfortunately at this time we do not allow appointment to be held with a gift card. To book an appointment you will need to have a card on file. At check out you may present the gift card and it can be applied to your balance.
What can I do if I’m pregnant?
Congratulations! We love pampering mothers to be! Expecting mothers can receive any of our facials or body treatments. If you would like a massage you must be AT LEAST 12 weeks.

When should I arrive for my appointment?
In order to receive the full VALO experience we ask that you check in no later than 20-25 min prior to your appointment.
We are located inside of the Regency Court Mall. We are next to Borsheims. We suggest entering through entrance located next to Bonefish.
Is there an age restriction?
For ALL guests under the age of 19 a parent or guardian must sign their intake form.
For guests receiving a massage, if they are between the ages of 12-13 years old a parent must accompany them in the room for the duration of the massage. If they are between 14-15 years old a parent or guardian must be in the room for the initial consult and then may leave.
For guests receiving a facial they must be at least 13 year old.
For guests using our wellness playground they must be at least at least 10 years old. If they are under the age of 16 they must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their appointment.
Are there any restrictions with the Microdermabrasion treatment?
In order to receive a microdermabrasion treatment you will need you need to avoid exfoliation and or retinol for 2-3 days prior to your service.

Do you do couples massages?
We do not have a room with two tables in it. However, with enough notice we can get you both in at the same time.
Can I receive any spa services after filler or botox?
You can receive any massage, facial or body treatment 14 days after receiving any kind of injectable, just to be safe.
What ever is comfortable for you. With the VALO experience you will receive a set of slippers and a plush spa robe.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your treatment time is very important to Valo Wellness Spa and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling of all appointments. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file when reserving an appointment. Clients who provide less than 24-hour notice of cancellation will be charged 50% of scheduled services. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of scheduled services. As a courtesy, we will email you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. By scheduling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
