Valo Spa & Wellness seeks Nebraska Licensed Massage Therapists for immediately available shifts in our established day spa and wellness center, located in the Regency Mall. We are looking for highly-motivated therapists with an excellent work ethic, ability to work individually and as part of a team, and availability for day, evening and weekend shifts. 

Our mission is to provide high-quality, professional and consistent massage in a beautiful, clean and relaxing environment. We offer relaxation massages in a variety of modalities, as well as body treatments.

●  A valid Nebraska License
●  Minimum of 2 years experience
●  Is willing and able to perform all Massage services on the Valo menu
● Evaluates clients’ specific needs and expectations to determine the most appropriate services, products and personal attention required to achieve satisfaction
● Interacts cooperatively with other spa team members to provide a seamless customer experience at the Spa
● Presents a warm and gracious persona for customers and co-workers
● Maintains educational excellence and participates in all staff, team and educational meetings
● Presents an exemplary professional standard in dress, personal grooming, language, and healthy lifestyle
● Practices the highest degree of sanitation and tidiness in the spa
● Monitors work schedule throughout day to stay informed of changes, and performs treatments in the allotted amount of time, remaining on schedule
● Actively builds a repeat clientele, and meets service and retail sales performance requirements
● Uses appropriate amounts of products and laundry, in accordance with protocols
● Represents Valo Wellness Spa in a positive and enthusiastic manner outside of the workplace
● Communicates to management any and all occurrences involving clients or co-workers that may require attention
● Is responsible for the cleanliness of countertops, equipment and products within work areas
● Performs prep work and cleans and restocks work areas as required

● Have knowledge of Swedish, Maternity and Deep Tissue Massage
● A self-starter who does not require micromanagement
● Comfortable with learning new client management systems
● Basic understanding of technology
● Reliable, responsible and accountable
● Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent
● Passionate about the industry and a desire to learn more
● Flexible and able to multi-task

Compensation ranges: $19.00 - $39.00 per hour
